Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order in order to qualify for a return.

Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your items must be in the original packaging.

Your items needs to have the receipt.

For the Airpod 2m, you have 30 days to exchange.

Any internal problems, we will send you a new one as an exchange.

Refunds

Upon receiving your items, our company will inspect your returned items and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will promptly notify you on the status of your refund after our inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a three to five days after refunds have been approved and processed, please note it the refund may take longer depending on your card issuer's policies.
